Contract Health
Contract Health Services Contract Health Service refers to Indian Health Service (IHS) programs providing support for medical service costs to Tribal Members and spouses living in the service area. Tribal Members living outside the service area may refer to the Nasomah Health Group program.

She is available to answer any questions regarding your medical care. MyNurse 24/7 nurse help-lineIn November of 2008 CIT Contract Health Services introduced a new service to Contract Health Participants: The MyNurse 24/7 Nurse Help line. Contact Health participants and their eligible dependents are able to call registered nurses who will guide them through health questions and issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.There is no cost for this service, and you can call as many times as you need to. MyNurse 24/7™ nurses will help with questions about infant care, senior care, injuries, disease symptoms, and even assist with providing access to health information and research on new and emerging health technologies. They’ll help you decide what action to take for symptoms you’re experiencing, or to learn more about a new diagnosis. They’ll get you the information you want, when you need it. Tribal Members in Contract Health Service should have received letters with the contact information the first week of November, 2008. If you are eligible and did not receive a letter please contact a Contract Health Representative at the number listed above. |
